Turnabout and Cosco (Arriva) have announced a recall of over a million infant carseats that were sold in the United States between 1997-2000. Cosco reported 416 incidents of handles breaking and a total of nine cases of minor injury to infant. No deaths have been reported. Please check the following numbers.
